I am looking forward for deleting the caches on my MacBook. Has anyone tried that? Or does anyone knows the step by step way of doing that?

Caches are system generated files that is usually created to speed up a process specially on data processing and editing. All devices that have RAM and a Operating system uses cache to enhance efficiency. But without maintenance and cleaning it may consume your storage memory significantly. Its basically known as temp files or temporary files. These files are usually cleaned using maintenance software's or cleaning application. But you can also do it manually.

Here is an article on how to safely remove cache on your MAC for your reference
